We support a wide range of everyday repairs divided into 6 categories: Home Repairs, Plumbing (water only), Appliances and Climate, Technology and Devices, Vehicles and Mobility, and Garden and Outdoors. For legal and safety reasons, we do not provide guides for gas or high-voltage electrical installations.
How does smart diagnosis work? expand_more
You can select the problem category and describe what's wrong in writing, or use "Visionary Scan" to upload a photo of the breakdown. Our AI will analyze the information to show you the probable causes, difficulty, and diagnostic steps.
Is access to detailed guides free? expand_more
The initial diagnosis and search for nearby stores are free. In addition, all users receive one free detailed guide per month. If you need to unlock additional guides, you can purchase individual guides or buy access packages (5 or 15 guides) directly from the app.
How do I find the necessary spare parts? expand_more
Once the damaged component is identified, the app allows you to search for nearby stores. Using your location, we will show you hardware stores, auto parts stores, nurseries, or specialized electronic parts stores depending on your repair category.
I have no previous experience, are the guides suitable for me? expand_more
Yes! Each diagnosis details the difficulty level (Low, Medium, High) and the estimated time. Most of our guides are aimed at simple repairs explained step-by-step so you can carry them out with common tools and complete safety.
